If this is the bike I think it is it would appear to changed hands many times in the last few years.
A previous owner had it restored at Motorcycle Restoration Company

and it was displayed on their stand at Stafford. The quality of the work is excellent, however it has not been restored to standard. The inside of the fairing is white, the tail is blue on the top etc. Clearly the restoration was extensive its just a shame its not to everyone’s taste.
