The Honda CB1100R Owners Club takes the privacy of our members data very seriously and will only use your personal information for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership.
Within the club, only the Chairman, Club Secretary, Membership Secretary, & Club Treasurer will be able to access your details.
No member’s postal address details or bike related information will ever be allowed outside the immediate club administration although that data may be used to answer bike history requests from members and/or to verify requests for details of specific bike provenance with the permission of the specific member(s) concerned.
To be able to stay in touch with Magazines, Newsletters, Surveys and emails etc. we may share your name and email address with the ‘Mail Chimp’ and ‘Survey Monkey’ platforms again only for the purposes of club related business.
We will use your data to communicate with you about your membership. The Honda CB1100R Owners Club will at times contact you to invite you to join any specific Honda CB1100R Online Forums the club may sponsor and/or promote that will, amongst other things, allow you to create and maintain a ‘Member Profile’ to set and amend your privacy settings.
The Honda CB1100R Owners Club will never share or sell any of your data without your prior permission.”

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
