The right hand switch on the 11R is part number 35150-426-600. 426 is the Honda model number for the CB650Z so this switch would have also been used on the CB650Z.
If you check Harper of Cowley http://www.harpersofcowleyltd.co.uk/index.htm they have 2 listed but they do not list a price.
