    [FONT=&quot]Finally (with lots of peoples help with, parts, technical assistance and support) I got to do a nice trip on the R bike. Rode about 650 kilometers to meet the the 1100F group in New York on Thursday. Friday we rode about 400 kilometers, Saturday another 500 kilometers, then another 650 kilometers or so home on Sunday. The bike performed well. Surprisingly it was more comfortable than my 1100F bikes.[/FONT]

    [FONT=&quot]Somewhere on the ride Saturday the toolbox popped open and I lost the stock toolkit. On future rides, I will NOT be storing anything important in there again. Maybe just remove the tool box…[/FONT]

    Good stuff Vince. Glad you are liking the old girl. Sorry about the tool kit. Never have anything in mine for that reason. The locks are not the best in the business.
