Finally… late in the night, I finally got the beastie back on two wheels after weeks of hold-ups. Took a quick snap to mark the occasion and then did a few more in daylight as everyone likes pics don’t they?

    Almost there…

Mmmm not sure about the shade though – is that the ‘right’ colour Monza Red Andy….

It is the nearest red that my local powder coater had available. Monza Red or its subsequent RAL isn’t available to my local coater so I plumped for the nearest they had… either that or paint it and wanted the durability of PC.

I bought it from a guy in Germany years ago mate. I originally thought that it was a ‘proper genuine one’ but looking at the owners manual, it appears they had wheels on them where this definitely doesn’t. I keep meaning to get wheels added to it but just haven’t for around to it yet.

It is nice and solid though and holds the bike very firmly upright.

Oh my. I just got my tank delivered back from Dream Machine… scuse the iPhone pic, it was the only camera I had available at the time. Now to get it home without scratching it!

(Edit: And NO, that is not a dent, its the strip light mechanism showing in the reflection!)

Nah, it’s a dent. I’ll give you twenty quid for it. :)
