anyone know where I can get hold of a copy of the original owners manual, or a site I can download one from?

Orignals of these manuals are hard to find now. They do sometimes true up on Ebay but are often expensive. However years ago the club sold photo copies of the manuals and I do have one of those photo copies which I have scanned. It’s an RD manual which does mean there will be minor differences to your RC and it’s a copy of a copy so not a brilliant quality. With that said it is perfectly readable and I’m happy to send you a disc if you PM me your address.
